If for any reason you are not happy with your hearth that you have been supplied do NOT install the hearth. Ignite fireplace products and it's retailers do not take responsibility for any labour costs before during or after a hearth has been supplied to a purchaser. if for any reason you are not happy with your hearth before installation we will happily swap one over for you. Once the hearth is installed ignite fireplace products and its retailers have no control over how the hearth is treated and used and will not be responsible for paying for any labour costs or any damages to the hearth during and after installation. Granite is a natural product the colour and pattern can vary from hearth to hearth. All hearths should be installed on a completely flat and level surface to avoid any potential cracks or breaks once the heater is installed on top of the hearth.
